I don't just sell businesses; I build and exit them. Over my 25+ year career, I’ve sat on every side of the deal table. I spent a decade as a commercial banker, served as VP of M&A at MNP, and personally brokered over 90 business sales in Alberta.

But my greatest lessons didn't come from advising—they came from operating. I bought, scaled, and ran my own companies, growing a property management firm from 400 to 1,000 units, alongside a 40-agent real estate brokerage and two ATB agencies.

After successfully selling my own companies in 2024, I tried to retire at 55. I quickly realized I missed the action. Today, I use my experience as a former buyer, seller, and banker to help hard-working Alberta owners exit. I know the financial hurdles, the operational realities, and the emotional weight of selling your life's work. I've been in your boots, and I know how to get the deal done.
